Late Payments on Credit Report?


Is there any chance that a credit card company would delete late payments from your credit report? If so, how do you go about asking or finding out?

sometimes if you have a good reason for it having been late and if you've been in good standing with them for the most part.. you just have to write a very nice letter and explain the situation. Source(s): personal experience
