If somebody bought a car from me,can i as a physical person report it to the credit bureau?

that he made payments on time, etc

I don't think so. You need to be a listed creditor with them.

Best thing your buyer can do: Pay with a check every time. You make sure to cash it promptly. He'll then have a track record of cancelled checks he can use to prove he paid on time.

That only works if you don't sit on his checks for weeks either, all need to be cashed within 30 days of his due-date. The bank has no way of knowing if he gave it to you on the 31st, but dated the front of the check for 3 weeks prior, so the cash-date is vital. Source(s): 10 years in mortgage banking
Probably not, it would be open to fraud - I could report that you were paying me regularly. On the other hand, get on line to one of the three credit agencies and ask.
