Can u get a judgement taken off your credit report? if so how? its appealed and paid off?

its paid off and appealed.

whats does appealed mean?

how can i get it removed from my report? its paid off?

I would try to dispute it. Just write all the bureaus and say that it's not yours. Since you paid it already the original creditor might not even respond therefore it goes away by default. Source(s): 6years mortgage banking

It will show as a satisfied judgment for up to 10 years.
If it is paid off. It remains on the report to show other creditors how you don't pay your bills...
They can only be removed if it was false info ,
If you never had a judgment , but it says you did .
If you had one , the info is true and will stay on for 7 years (paid or not)
The appealed means they have recorded your request to have it removed (but it won't be unless the report was false , there was never a judgment )

The only things that can be removed from your credit report are things that are not accurate.

Since the judgment is accurate, it will remain on your report for 7-years and then drop off.

Look at it this way, a paid judgment is a lot better then a unpaid one.
