First of all, immediately mark the message as spam, and block the sender's address. Yahoo will automatically receive the information.
I don't know who you report it too, but in the future never give your credit card number over the Internet unless you can prove they are a really company and also always look at the top of your web browser for (https) if it's not there, it's not a secure site, so be careful please!
Spamcop.net will trace the sender and the fake URL, I'd suggest signing up w/ them, they're free. (link below)

Also forward it w/ all the headers to spam@uce.gov

If it's from paypal, a bank or a real company, you can always try sending it to SPOOF@banksname.com or ABUSE@company'sname.com

As others have said, do NOT respond to PHISHING emails, block the sender and delete it after reporting it.

listing some other URLS that have info. on PHISHING.

That sounds like something that's become known as Phishing. People try to get your information by sending emails that appear to be coming from some company and look very authentic. They say something like "We are emailing all our clients to verify their information. Please click on the link and enter your name, credit card number, etc so that your account will not be closed".

Companies do not ask people to verify account information in this manner so never click on any link in an email like this.

Who do you report it to? Call your credit card's customer service phone #. They can cancel the card and get you another one with a different number. Ask them if you should alert the credit reporting agencies and how you go about doing that.

Also, if the email was what I described above, you might want to alert the company they were trying to spoof. Go to the website for the company (www.whatevercompany.com) and look around the page for a "contact us" link and send them an email.

I hope this has helped.
Make sure you contact your Credit Card Company as soon as possible so you won't get overly charged by them too.
