Can I, the consumer, report positive payment history to the credit bureau?

I would like to report some positive pay history that is not being reported. Is there a fee to report it of I am able to?

You can not do it yourself. You need to contact the company you want the positive history to be reported from. If they are a small 1 location type of place or a not a business the chances of them reporting it would be small. If they are a national or regional company they will usually do this. If they are willing to do this for you expect to be charged a fee.
Call the company to which you are making the payments, they can do it. What it will likely say on your credit report is that you are in "good standing" with them. If the company refuses to report, find out why. Ask them, also, how often they send reports to the credit bureau. If it's yearly or quarterly, it won't show up on your report for awhile. You cannot directly affect your credit (otherwise everyone would have great credit, wouldn't they?) but you can make requests that it be done for you.

Best luck to you!
