You have to report it to the credit bureaus, but all three do not deal with small individuals. Unless you are reporting over 500 people a month (which they will charge for) they won't bother talking to you. You either have to join a local association that will pull similar people together, or simply file a lawsuit and hope that the deragatory lawsuit will be picked up in the public search from the bureaus.

hope this helps you out!
it'll cost you to do so but you can contact one or all 3 bureaus and report their payment history to them. I believe transunion is the cheapest while equifax is the most expensive. if you don;t want to do the hassle, get a credit bureau agency and they can do it for you, at an addtional cost of course.
