How can I find out what the report said? get a copy of your credit report, there are three major credit bureaus, ask him which one he used. or you can go to annual credit report.com and get a copy of all three. U also have right to get it free anytime if your application has turned down because of credit report. Understand what he is looking for. He dont care how you paid discover card. He wants his money evey month. They check , 90 percent of the time , to make sure you havent been sued by other landlords. They know if you have "good" credit the chances are pretty slim that you are going to rent. If you have a collection, or judgement from prior landlords is what they are looking for. The answer is : you should know if you have that on record. they want to make sure you can pay,they don't won't to lose money |
