Can Ballys fitness center report me to the credit agency if they dont have my SSN or Drivers liscense #? |
They said i signed a contract for 3 years but i just wanted to do a month to month. They sent me back a contract that they said i signed but i think it was forged by the salesman. I didnt give the salesman any of my info so nothing is correct on the contract they sent me. Anyone have any advice on what i should do with this? If you are 100% sure you did NOT sign a contract, sue them for fraud!! Call their regional office and talk to a superviser, tell them what happened, and say you want out, or you will be forced into getting legal help, and suing them for fraud, falsification of documents, and dis-honest business practices! They cannot hold you to it if you didn't sign. I would go back up to the store and speak to the manager. If you didn't sign it and only wanted month to month I would try and get your money back. They aren't going to report this to your credit, and things like this and cellphones generally don't go on your report. In order to do a credit check they need your SS# and DL#(In most states) But however I would go back up and talk to a manager, and don't take no for an answer. Go talk to the manager and get it fixed. IF they forged your name take legal action against them |
