Who do I contact to pay a civil claim judgment in NJ? It showed up on my credit report.?

Who do I contact to pay a civil claim judgment in NJ? It showed up on my credit report.?

Contact the court where the judgment was issued and request a copy of it. It will have the creditors address and possibly even a phone number.

If by some miracle that info is not correct, file a motion to dismiss the judgment with the court. The court will not be able to notify the creditor, so they will be forced to dismiss it by default.
If you just have a simple insted of a detail credit report then you won't know. Get a detail credit report and it's has to list the contact info of who ever has a credit hold on you. Try calling one of the three major credit bureau and see if they can give you a contact info. If you want to pay the credit, but you can always contest it also with the credit bureau.
