How can i find my ex who messed up my credit score and owe money under my name? How can i get him to pay it? If you need to track him down, and have his personal information IE full name, birth date and social security number there are private investigators that will easily be able to find him. However, if you don't have proof that he owes you the money or used your information (without your permission) I would not go through the hassle. But if you have proof and can track him down sue his ***! Good luck. take him on one of those judge shows like judge judy. You probably need to sue him. Private Investagators will find anyone you want them to, it will cost a little bit so the question is "is it worth it?" After locating him there is not much you can do, take him to court but you have to prove you allegations are true and all the court can do is order him to pay it. I guess they could possibly put a lien on his wages if the damage is sufficient, Im not sure about that. Track him down and take him to small claims court. Get an attorney Quick!! Now is this guy and ex boyfriend or husband? (Makes a difference) If it is a credit card debt and both your names were on the account and you divorced or split up before you separated your debts and assets, you may be in trouble. It happened to me and I got stuck with loads of credit card bills that somehow he was able to worm out of!! I ended up claiming chapter 13. It really sucked. But that was 10 yrs ago and thank God I am out from under that black cloud!! Best of Luck to You! take him to court.. |
