How can I get a personal loan with a bad credit score?

I think that my score is of 615 points.

You probally can't without colateral or a co-signer. For instance putting up your car(if its paid for) and it usually has to be no more than 3 yrs old.
If late payments have driven your credit score down, you are going to struggle.

You may try joining a credit union.

Either way, your interest rate is going to be high and the payment high, so you might try taking on another job, starting a small business or selling some things on ebay first to raise cash.

my Advice: Don't deal with anyone from a foreign country and never use wire transfer services.. you risk losing your $$ and your mind.

Thats not too bad of a score, but it also depends on what shows up on your report too. You might need a co-signer.
Get a cosigner, but try without one first. Income and residency contribute to getting loans.
