Try your bank or credit union first.

Then take a look to majors (Citi, Capital One,...) They may help you.

Probably none, and the ones that do (HSBC, anything with "Financial" in it) won't be worth it. With a score that low any lender that would grant you a loan would stip you with ridiculous interest rates and terms; which in the end would hurt you greatly.
