*Loan,banking and credit>>>debt loan

I am $30,000 in debt from credit card, hospital bills and school loans together. Where do i start????

My credit is horrible with all of those things i have to pay off. I had a job, but i live with my mother and my sister is disabled and my mother can only work a part time job and then she has to be back home b4 the nurse leaves...so i was helping her pay the bills instead of paying off my debts. But i recently had to quit my job b/c i had some nerve damage in my feet and can no longer stand for 12 hrs a day on a cement floor. So now i'm n the process of looking for a sit down job. Creditors and all kinda collectors call me all day, and have even started calling my grandparents house, and my mother's JOB! I don't even know how they got her number. When i told these people i wasn't able to pay them, they weren't tryin to hear it. After i find my new job, what is the first thing i need to do to get debt free? and more importantly how can i get these people to stop harrassing my grandparents and mother for my mistakes?

I was in same situation. Go to https://www.cccs.net after you find a job. This is a non-profit credit counseling agency. They just ask for most recent statements from your creditors and proof of income and they have relationships with just about every creditor out there so that they will reduce your payment due by the interest or take a certain percentage off. It was amazing. Also, they take into account your expenses such as rent, food, vet bills, health & beauty supplies, etc. They just want you to succeed at getting out of debt. I recommend them to anyone in debt....Also, they don't make you feel terrible for all of the debt you have gotten yourself into!
consolidate - that way you can get one payment a month instead of many. it will take you longer to pay off, but at least you won't be ruining your credit. if you don't want to go that route, it's easy to get student loans deferred, and then you can concentrate on high interest debt like credit cards.
I am sorry for you, I know, I have been there. When the creditors call - you have the right to tell them not to call in the future. Best bet would be to go to your local consumer credit counseling center and get on a plan with them for repayment. They will bulk all of your credit together and most companies at that point are relieved you are doing something and will stop charging interest rates. After this when creditors call refer them to your counselor, that is their job! Best wishes =)
You may want to try a debt settlement program. Odviously if you're not able to pay your creditors now, your credit is getting pretty beat up. A debt settlement program will help you negotiate settlement arrangements with your creditors to get you out of debt. A friend of mine just finished a program and was able to pay back about half of what he owed and in less than 3 years. Try www.debtshield.com

Well your credit is not going to get any better until you finish paying off that debt and by the looks of it you have a long ways to go. The best thing to do is to try and consolidate your loans into one payment. This helps you pay off your loan faster and you're not being charged 3 different interest rates. The other thing is once you consolidate your loans make more than just the minimum payment and apply it towards the principal. If you cut down on your principal then the interest amount applied to it will decrease.

What type of hospital did your mother go to? Was it perhaps a county hospital? A few years ago while I was still in school I had to go to the emergency room at the county hospital. Well I received this huge bill that I knew I wasn't going to be able to pay off. So on the advice of my sister who had worked at the hospital I went in and told them I was not working or living on a limited income and if there was any way they could reduce the amount of the bill. It worked and I did not have to pay one cent of the emergency visit. County hospitals have to write off a lot of these lost costs because people don't have the resources needed to pay them off. So give it a try and see what happens.

Recently I had a friend declare bankruptcy but that would be the last thing I would suggest.
