You can apply for refinancing loans through the Internet or your bank, or better yet the lender you have now. Maybe you want to check out your credit score first. The better your credit score the better your interest rate. If you have made ALL your payments on time with no hassles, your current mortgage company is the one I would check with first. You may want to check on 15 year mortgages. The payment isn't much higher, especially if you get a good interest rate and your paying off your mortgage twice as fast.
