I have a car loan with my wife, i want to turn it over to her how do i relieve myself from this debt.?

my wife and i have this car loan, i want to relieve myself from this debt. i heard i can go somewhere and sign a wavier
or something to relieve myself from this debt. and let her have the car and it's loan, is this true?

Once you buy that car together, that bill belongs to both of you. You can sign any waiver you want, but it won't change the fact that if the loan is defaulted on, they'll come lookin' for ya.
divorce her too
I assume this is a divorce or seperation situation, right? It really doesn't matter. LISTEN UP:

You and your wife have to go to the financial lender. You have to refinance the loan in her name. You don't have to change the terms, etc. Typically the interest rate will change due to credit issues and vehicle age and milage. Then, you must go to the lisence Bureau and get a gift affidavid (sp). You have to fill it out and she must turn it in along with a small fee to have a new title issued with only her name on it. This is the cold hard facts dude. Anyone that tells you different is wrong.
