Financial Companies and debt condolidation loans?

We are appx. $25,000 in debt and want to do a debt consolidation LOAN instead of having a debt consolidation company negotiate for us. Citi will only go up to 15,000 on an unsecured loan and Wells Fargo will go up to 21,000. We do not own our house so home equity is not an option.
And I just lost my job so we have not been able to make ANY of our card payments this past month. So putting more on the cards to pay them off faster is not an option.
Does anyone know of a REPUTABLE financial company that can do a high limit unsecured debt consolidation loan?
We want one that will pay everything off at once so we aren't just piling one more bill onto the others.
