Dental Insurance?

I was in a car accident and can't work. I am on Medicaid and Medicare. I need braces to fix my teeth. Will Medicaid or Medicare cover it or do they see it as cosmetic surgery?

Although I am having trouble imagining a situation where you might need braces due to injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident, if this is truly the case, the treatment might be covered by the medical liability (PIP - Personal Injury Protection) aspect of your car insurance or that of the other vehicle, if there was one.
