Health insurance or Dental insurance....???

Im a bad diabetic and I have to have 2 teeth pulled. The dentist said that I might have to have the procedure done at a hospital . Which insurance will that fall under??.

Hospital dentistry falls under both. Some dentist go to school for another few years so they can perform hopital dentistry. Yeah, three more years of school!.... They will bill your Dental Insuanrce or Dental procedure and Medical for the hospital stay.

im guessing here but i would say medical try talking with your insurance company
teeth insurance is same as dental insurance, may also fit under health insurance with dr care, outpatient.
call ahead to make sure before making app't.
my insurance company will want id numbers, place of service.
