Should dental insurance be taken from pretax dollars on my paycheck?

Should dental insurance be taken from pretax dollars on my paycheck?

yes.
If you want that. I can't think of any reason that you would not want that to happen. By taking the insurance pretax, you get the tax break. By taking it after tax, you can deduct it, but the value is greatly diminished to the point of not being worth anything.

Take the insurance pretax.
