What is the best dental insurance for someone who has a low income? The best dental plan for the low income is to marry someone rich that can add you to their dental plan. Depending on where you live, you may qualify for state aid (medical and dental coverage). Privately purchased dental insurance is usually not inexpensive and is VERY limited on what it will cover and how much it will pay for various services (meaning more out of pocket costs for you).
