What would you do with no dental insurance????? |
my molar broke in half (1 side is completely gone) and it hurts like hell. when i look in the mirror, it's all black inside which i guess means cavities.... so should i apply for dental insurance and try to save it or just have it pulled? it's 2nd molar from the back so no one can see it even when i smile. but in the meantime, how do i deal with the pain???????? ouch!!!!!!!!!!!!!! OUCH!!! Go to: http://www.mybenefitsplus.com/40491833... to apply for coverage. $11.95 a month! They have free dental care check with your weleware office to see where they are located and in mean time the pain might be helped by putting numbs it {you get it at drug store.} see if there is a local dental college that offers low cost dentistry. it's usually a good idea to try to save your teeth. i'm guessing a crown and a root canal are in order, and that's pricey try checking out prosper.com for a loan. in the meantime, get some numbing gel at the drug store. I would just pull it and get a replacement whenever you do get dental insurance. If you are anywhere near Mexico you could go down there. Dental work is very affordable there. I guess you could try Anbesol for the pain but pulling it would probably be best. I am missing my 3rd molar from the back and it never shows or bothers me in any way. sounds like having it pulled would be the best way to go if it is broken in half and blackened already...is there a county hospital that has a dental clinic you could go to for emergency treatment,or a university dental school..they usually offer services at discounted rates because students are learning the trade and do the work just go to the dentist PULLING IT MIGHT BE THE BEST IMMEDIATE OPTION. FOR THE PAIN TAKE 4 (FOUR) 200mg IBUPROFEN = 1 MOTRIN 800mg, FOR THE SWELLING AND PAIN. IN THE FUTURE, YOU MAY WISH TO REPLACE THIS TOOTH THROUGH SEVERAL OPTIONS. |
