I have dentel insur ,that dosent pay all .is ther any supplemental Dental Insurance Plan? good luckyy! Are you using a participating provider that's in your specific network? Do you just have a huge deductible? Is the dentist doing procedures that aren't covered, but alternatives are? These are things to explore. I don't know of any supplemental dental plans out there. a savings plan or account, most plans only allow 1000-1500 total benifit per year and you pay 100% after you have used that benifit.... all of it sucks Depending on the services you need, your major medical insurance may cover part of the cost. ie; wisdom teeth - oral surgery and anesthesia can be covered by medical benfits. Ask for a second opinion if you feel the charges aren very high. always get a predetermination from your insurance company for any claims over $300 US Dental Claims Adjuster 10+yrs. |
