THE mommy is right, but they do have orthodontists to check their work, plus you must qualify and wait, usually a long time to have the work done. Talk to the dentist about pre pay or payment arrangements. You can get a list of dentist taking non insurance patients from your local human services also. I did this and the dentist did my work for $250 cash. Most people do not have dental insurance, but that does not mean the dentist is not willing to work with you. Tell him what you can pay a month until your debt is clear. The two of you can work this out honorably. Just take good care of your teeth, no matter what the cost. Just ask the dental office if they have a cash discount. Look into a dental plan that offers you discounts on dental work.
