Good Luck SLEEP APNEA , IS A LIFE THREATENING DISEASE THAT EFFECTS ANY ONE OF ANY SHAPE OR SIZE ..IT SHOULD BE CONSIDERED A DISABILITY ..TALK TO A ATTORNEY AND SEE IF THEY CAN REQUEST A HEARING ..IT HAS TO BE 6 MONTHS OR MORE FOR YOUR HUSBANDS DISABILITY ..AND HE CAN NOT OF WORKED FOR 6 MONTHS OR MORE Unfortunately, I doubt he will have much luck. There's the possibility he may qualify for a high-risk policy, or one with a graded benefit (meaning that it wouldn't pay out the full amount of the benefit for a set number of months following a disability.)
