My mortgage disability insurance is running out,december 2006,plus I'm behind my property taxes,wat would I do


Me and my wife are both on Social Security Disability,and can't afford to pay the mortgage and the due taxes

Get in touch with a Real Estate Agent and find out what the property values are doing in your neighborhood. Make a list and see how much you owe. Then go to the Bank and let them know whats going on. They will give you some grace period to sell your home before they start foreclosure. Good luck!
