What do you think of financial services as an industry? |
this a careers.jpmorgan.com question that i can't understand!help me pls i'm desperate! People view the financial services industry as inscrutable and run by people with no morals. The industry is saturated with qualified and non-qualified advice, and people need someone who is willing to prove themselves trustworthy. Your career at JPMorgan would be best served if you can go along with this way of thinking, and service your clients to death. The industry is very competitive, and its a make your numbers or die career, but the only people who last in this business are the people who can balance this with strong integrity and an unwillingness to sell out for a profit. It wouldn't exist if there weren't a need for it. It's asking for your personal opinion...If you cant answer the question, perhaps you shouldnt be apply for the job? |
