I'm doing it against Abbey plc for all they've taken from me over the last 6 years! We had a big problem with C F S when they over charged us by a signficant amount. Too long and complicated to explain here. I rang and complained and then wrote and complained. In the end, they dropped the charges. Kick up a big fuss and threaten to take them to the Ombudsman. You might catch them on a good day. I was egged on by comments on www.moneysavingexpect.com. have a look and see. At the time there were several references to CFS.
