Primerica financial service representatives how realistic is this job? Its only real if you work hard and overcome your fears. Many representatives in this company are lazy or really not too focus on building their business. Many of them wish to become RVPs, but they are too afraid to get on the phone and call people. Remember, the Primerica opportunity is not a job, but a business opportunity. You work when you want to and don't have to meet any quotas. You don't have to recruit, but why would you want to work by yourself? There are over 1100 people in this company who makes 6 figures and over 50 people making 7 figures. That's more than any company in the world. So, if you work hard and have a determination to become financially independent, you can make 6 figures as well. It's going to take awhile, but its worth it. I recruited a person who became an RVP (now NSD) and didn't get a dime of overrides. Primerica owes me about $1,300,000 in overrides that was promised. Never saw it.
