What are some skillss needed to work in the financial services system? and why would someone want to be a part of finances? please help 4 weeks agoWhat are some qualities that a person needs to succeed? Training in mathematics and economics are essential to understanding financial services. People who work in this area love it, just like people who do anything else. lign="right" > Sign in to vote! Take lots of business classes, including ones in financial management, stock portfolios and personal finance. Someone who is interested in growing money, investing, and finding new revenue strains would be interested in the financial services industry. You should also be very skilled in sales, since most financial service people are also stock brokers and need to be able to sell their clients on specific stocks or funds.
