Financial Service Rep with MetLife?

I recently had an interview to become a financial service rep for Metlife. Hows the pay in this field? I understand there is a base pay at first during training and then after that i recieve a 10% comission everyweek, but do I still receive the regular weekly pay? and what are the pros and cons of this field?

I would like to know what kind of financial service rep,
I think you will get around $ 30k at the beginning; if you have to sell life insurances and are good in doing that probably more.
The pros are that you can make a lot of money if you work hard.
The cons are that you might have to take advantage of poor people.
