Anyone heard of Alliance Financial Lending Services out of Rutherford, NJ?

Private lending company in the US - are they a scam?

I run a lending group that specializes in Private and Hard Money lending but also have a number of lenders in the Hedge Fund markets. I personally have never heard of this group but that's not to say that there not legit. The only way to truly know is to ask for ref's or a list of recent funded deals.

Check with your state and find out when and if they are incorporated. Also if they have a website find out when it was registered and who registered it.

Also find out there office address and put it in Google Maps to see if its a residence or Commercial building.

There is really no true way of knowing. All I can say is go with your gut feeling.. Good Luck.
