Financial help with funeral services in butler county ohio where to find help? Ohio is one of the few states which does not have a program which helps with funeral expenses. West Virginia alots $1250, and there are certain things the Funeral Home MUST provide for this fee. Kentucky varies by county, but each Funeral Home in the county must take what they allow and give you certain things also. As far as payments, most do not have them since there is nothing to repo if you do not pay. However, I also know many funeral homes do, (but not if they have serviced you in the past & you have skipped out). The best thig to do is be upfront and tell the director you have no money and they will try to work with you.
