What the difference in these jobs at citigroup? (Financial Associate and Customer Service Sales)? |
I was wondering what was the difference between a financial associate and customer service/sale person at citigroup call center? Probably a financial associate is another term for a bank mutual funds sales representative. A customer service/sale person takes complaint calls and tries to help as best as possible, sell some value-added services such as insurance and registers new applications for credit cards.
