Would you live somewhere you didnt want to if you had free amazing health insurance? |
i live in Madison, WI and i hate living here cause its cold and i live with my parents. but we have this awesome health insurance that i can keep until i'm 25 if i stay here. 10 dollar copay for office calls and 1 dollar prescriptions! i go constantly, always getting injured or sick or something. i want to move somewhere down south for better weather and go get away from my folks, but then what woudl i do if want to go to the doctor? i'm a student, no job, (cant get hired for some reason) and i dont have a lot of money. woudl you live miserably here to keep the insurance? do waht you want. the insurance is valuable though. if thats the most important thing in your life, then stay. if other htigns are more important, than go! Come to Bangalore , India. You will start liking the place where you live now Definetly! I have no health insurance, and have to wait till I'm really scared for my life to go to the doctor. It absoluetly sucks! Rule one about being miserable is that moving probably won't change it. My Dad dragged my family across the country because he was miserable, and still is probably one of the most miserable people I've ever met. Find happiness in the little things, and enjoy the comfort of knowing that if you get hurt, you'll get the medical attention you need. There was a women in my county who's niece died while she was driving back and forth between hospitals, trying to get into one that would admit her. Go see the movie Sicko, its currently out in theaters, if you want more to find out more about not having proper health insurance. You can get good health insurance anywhere. Madison, Wisconsin is not the only place in the world with health plans like that. There are also other jobs available in other areas, so perhaps you could get a job somewhere else and either afford to pay for good health insurance plan or have a job where benefits are included. Hi, Is the health insurance due to SSI or SSA or job related? If SSI or SSA you can continue with the part d of medicare but if job related research the area you wish to possibly relocate. I was living miserably in a town I grew up in and since 23 have had a illness that warmer temps and less threatening cold seasons would allow great benefits to my health and overall well being. The move was from High Point, NC to Sealevel, NC. It was and has been a blessing. The move also put 4 1/2 hours or 280 miles from a few family members I needed to separate myself from. So yes but research and weigh you options carefully most towns you can email their chamber of commerce and get relocation kits that will offer valuable information. Good Luck! I would suggest getting something like a discount program instead of insurance or to use on top of insurance. I use one that is awesome it covers my whole household and is very affordable, about $39.95 a month for all of this Dental Vision Coast to Coast Amerisight Prescription Medco EZ Meds Chiropractic Physicians Primary Care Specialty Hospital Advocacy Mental Health Let's Talk Counseling several ntwk providers NurseLine Wellness Program Infuse Ancillary & Elective Services Epic Hear PO AHAA Cosmetic Surgery Diabetic Supplies Diagnostic Imaging Radiology Physical Therapy Astrum Hearing Medstat If you want more info on it you can go to http://www.mybenefitsplus.com/kmile...
