Has anyone taken the Florida Life, Health, Variable Annuity Insurance State Exam? Any Tips/Advice?

I haven't taken the state exam yet but was wondering if anyone can give me any advice on what is on the exam?

All the states have similar exams. The only advice would be to make sure you know the material inside and out. The exams are taken from a pool of tens of thousands of questions and each exam is different. Be sure to read the question completely because they ask many questions backwards from what you think they're asking. Take as many practice tests as you can. Don't take state exam until you can answer the practice tests nearly perfect. Studying the practice tests and knowing why the wrong answers were wrong will help. Source(s): Independent Agent
EVERYTHING. You can't say, "oh, you don't need to know this section". The questions are TRICKY. KNOW YOUR STUFF. Be able to pass the practice exams.

Know not just why the right answer is right, but why the wrong answers are wrong.

No, i know Cigna. I found interesting information about your answer here. http://all-insurance-online.blogspot.com... Good luck!
I took it almost 3 years ago, so I would imagine the test is a bit different now. Have you taken the pre-licensing class? I do remember that the pre-licensing exam was very much like the actual licensing exam.
