Best Health Insurance / Mediclaim provider company/scheme?


I am searching online for Best Health Insurance / Mediclaim provider company/scheme and I found the followings

* ICICI Lombard which has highest premium
* Bajaj Allianz schemes
* New India Assurance (Previously I have)

Reliance General Insurance: I found lowest premium and family floater plan "HealthWise" and thinking for purchase this scheme. what do you think about it. more information at http://portal.reliancegeneral.co.in/...

I have also checked reliance & it is best as far as charges are concerned. but go through the policy document before deciding
I am mediclaim insured with National Insurance Co. Ltd. and I am comfortable with it. Since last 15-20 years. There were 4-5 claims during this period.
all these companies are fish of the same water.
go to any one not much difference.
