If your breasts are too heavy and are painful on your back and they are making you feel uncomfortable, your primary care physican can order a breast reduction and it should be covered under your health insurance, if it is necessary to your overall good health I thought if one is medically indicated, such as for back trouble tho I am sure not limited to that, that it would be covered.
