When people talk about wage growth, does that take into account health insurance benefits?

When people talk about wage growth, does that take into account health insurance benefits?

No. Wage growth (or salary growth) does not include health insurance. Health insurance would be included in other financial measurements, though, like benefits growth, labor costs, etc. Source(s): http://www.epf.org/pubs/factsheets/2005/...
