why do REPUBLIKANS have money for WARS, but not for UNIVERSAL HEALTH INSURANCE ? In NO way do I support the republican party but Democrats aren't any better either. A universal health care isn't the answer. Of course it sounds great but it has been proven that it doesn't work. Do some research on countries that already have a "welfare healthcare" in place Canada, New Zealand, Great Britain, and France. The only way to fix the heath care crisis in America is to remove the government regulation. Less regulation will make it easier for good credible insurance companies to start up. The more companies the more competition. I'm not an economics major but when there is competition, quality of the product/service in increased and costs decrease.
