The above answerer is right; you should be able to call your insurance company and ask them. They should also be able to send you a list of local doctors and medical facilities that participate in their program. Also, in a PPO, you generally get partial coverage even if you go outside of the network. You might have to do some extra paperwork on your own, but it might be worth it. Just call your PPO first and tell them what you鈥檙e doing. I鈥檇 call the doctor first, too and ask if the doctor鈥檚 office can help you fill out the claims forms. It should note what your PPO is. It could say "PHCS (Private HeathCare System)" or Healthlink, or Great West, or some other. The web addresses for these big companies are www.PHCS.com www.healthlink.com www.greatwest.com If you find another PPO name, just go to www.google.com and put in their name to get the web address.
