I just found out that iam pregnant but i don'thave any health insurance what should i do? Apply for medicad. It is gov insurance and if you are low income then you can get it. I had it when I as pregnant with our daughter and they paid for all my medical bills even my month stay in the hospital. The only thing I had to do was pay $5.00 at the doctors office co-pay. Try it and see it f you can get it or try the maternity card. Look it up on line. Congrats and good luck. get state insurence they help women who get pregnant and have no health insurence... do you have a job they could give you health insurence. Go to your local Dept. of Human Services and sign up for assistance. You will have coverage for your baby and yourself until a year after the baby is born. go to your family independance agency and appy for medicaid the will not turn down an expecting mother for health care coverage. i didnt have any health insurance either so i went down to the medical department and applied for emergency medical and it will cover all your doctor visits and the birht pf you baby so you should do that Try medicaid and planned parenthood. call your local planned parenthood office or family planning. they will be able to help you and point you in the right direction. |
