How much notice must a CA employer give before cancelling an employee's health insurance?

I don't think it's covered by statute, however, the WAY the cancellation happened is very relevant. If the employee is terminated, the employer has an obligation to offer continuing coverage through Cobra. If the employer's entire PLAN is cancelled, as for nonpayment of premium or some such, then Cobra won't be available . . .
