I need a sample letter to authorize a new employee to inquire on health insurance issues...?



I write on behalf of my new cooworker who is replacing the former personal assistance for my boss and needs to get info on health benefits w/the insurance company,and was told to send a letter of authorization to do so. THX!

Your company attorney should be able to provide you with a sample that complies with the local jurisdictional requirements.
Check with your HR Dept. My quess is you are the HR Dept. Write your own letter.
Your HR should have HIPAA compliant forms ready to go.
