They must provide benifits based on the laws of the land they are located in. A profitable business only provides what will keep a good employee base and no extra. Both China and France have their own health care systems. The one in France is amazing! (The French invented Hospitals and systematic modern medicine). In China its not so good. You get better treatment if you had only one child - as is the state policy. You get better treatment in the cities than the sticks, and of course, if you are rich or a party member you get much better treatment! 786.
