Anyone work at Blockbuster and if so what insurance do they use; do they use United Behavioral Health?

It depends if you are asking about the full time admin people, or the part timers that work in the retail stores. If you are asking about the retail clerks, I believe they have an Aetna SRC mini-med plan. Otherwise, it鈥檚 a Starbridge mini-med plan, which was recently bought by CIGNA. Premiums will run about $40 a month, but coverage is very limited.
