Generally considered pre-existing if you have gone to a doctor and been diagnosed with gall bladder problems. Check your health insurance to be sure.
i wouldn't think so, if your having the attacks that go with the stones. ugh, flashback. i would call your insurance people and make sure it's covered.
if you weren't pre-diagnosed with the condition then generally it won't be considered pre-existing by most health insurance providers.
the only way any insurance company can actually use preexisting is if you were treated or diagnosed for whatever the problem is three months before your insurance coverage started. If you had not treatment for this condition, usually a short letter stating that fact for the three months prior will take care of it.
