No Health Insurance..What would my total expenses be for me giving labor at a hospital????

Do you live in the US? most states have medicaid programs set up for women without insurance... If not you could always go the route of a midwife and homebirth.

Homebirth is considerably less expensive than having birth at the birthing center and hospital. As opposed to hospital birth which costs somewhere between 6000-10,000 dollars for vaginal birth, homebirth costs anywhere between 1500-3000 dollars. This also means that homebirth is also cheaper than giving birth at the birthing center which can cost anywhere between 3500-5000 dollars.

Midwife fee which is usually between 1500-3000 dollars. This fee covers prenatal care, birth, postpartum check up, newborn check up and screening.
Lab test which costs maximum of 100 dollars.
Ultrasound which costs 100-200 dollars. Birth supplies.
Water tub rent, unless your midwife provides this for free.

no way to say exactly. it depends on what all they have to do while ur there, but just to deliver there its roughly $2000.

It depends on what type of birth you have. If you have to have a C-Section it could cost up to $11,000 with no insurance.
Somewhere upwards around $20 grand. Get insurance...even if its from welfare. An epidural alone costs $1,000 and that's not including the anesthesiologists cut.
I don't know for sure but I do know that if you go to the hospital you are expected to deliver at and let them know you don't have insurance they have some help for you. Try that
Ok I have the same problem.
I pay 476 a visit and then 529.16 a month for Delivery. By the end delivery is 3175.00
