Is population or lack of health insurance the biggest problem in today's world?

" Population. It is also the most controversial and overlooked, which is a shame, because it effects every other aspect of life. If there were simply a few less of us, the issues of pollution, crime, inflation, poverty, health and international diplomacy would be manageable. At issue is how to achieve sustainable population and sustainable economy with sensitivity to diverse cultures"

Also written as the most important issue of today:

"Lack of health insurance. Or priced too high. In America 43 million Americans have no basic Health Insurance. Half are women and children. No other country on earth treats it's Women and Children this badly. We spend $498 billion on defense and can not care for our own people?. That is wrong, It's morally wrong. Under Bush and Republicans we have a $9 trillion debt and the occupation of Iraq will cost $2 trillion. It seems to some that Women and Children in our country are not all that important.. "

population is THE biggest problem
Health care. Proper health care will help curb population.
Some times population can cause a low in health care but with more people not going into the healthfield there will always be a shortage.
But there are other problem that are more a major issue then that but ....
Anyone who believes that population is the biggest problem on earth is sorely mistaken. Think about it: if we simply had "fewer people" on earth, what would really change? People who say that population is a problem are really just masking their true feelings that "The biggest problem on earth is too many POOR PEOPLE" not too many people. The fact of the matter is that the poor, sick, troubled, and hungry simply far outnumber those with the resources to help, and therefore by saying that "population" is the problem you are really saying "let's make poor, unfortunate people stop giving birth and multiplying" instead of figuring out a way to utilize the VAST resources of our earth to help them.
A mind that thinks.
Population. Too many babies to care for. More abortion is needed.
