What is the relationship between incentives,risk and behavior for healthcare providers,insurance companies? Wow, that is a subject for a book. So I'll just say that for healthcare providers and insurance companies the incentive is profit, the risks are financial ultimately though they come from varied threat areas, and their behavior is roughly in line with capturing profits with minimum risk. |
