Why can't we have a healthcare without insurances? |
Having health care is important! Insurance is only a way to get it and when insurance companies keep coming in the way, why can't we go back to the way where people would pay out of pocket for healthcare -jusy like they do for an oil change, a hair cut or a car-rental! Yes there are disease which are too expensive to pay out of pocket but for those -and those alone- e.g. dialysis, coronary bypass etc. govenrment should pay insurance for all not just a few but all. Why do we pay truck oads of money to third party insurances so their CEOs can have multimillion $$ bonuses and sqaunder money on administrative B.S. while tellig you and me which tests and which medicines we are or not allowed to have? Um, you can pay out of pocket for health care. What do you think all of the people without insurance do? If healthcare was paid for by the government for all our taxes would skyrocket and then you'd complain because your taxes are too high. You don't have to have insurance to get medical care. If you want to pay out of pocket go right ahead. I'll keep paying my weekly insurance premium so that I don't have to. You can pay out of your pocket for health care, yes it is very expensive. However, I do not agree with you saying that governement should pay for all health care, if America was a communist country then the government should pay for it. But this is not communist, so what is wrong with getting a job and paying for either your health care or insurance yourself? America is a place where you work for what you want, it doesnt just get handed to you, get an education and get a high paying job like those squandering CEO's. Well, dearie......who is going to pay for this???? I am a healthy person and I certainly don't think that I should have to pay for people who abuse their bodies. There is no law saying that you have to have health insurance......you are allowed to pay out of your pocket. Do you want to pay for someone to have dialysis for life? Do you want to pay for a coronary bypass of about $50,000 for someone who has abused their body? CEO's make money.....plain and simple. And one more thing to remember, insurance companies don't dictate medical care......only a doctor can do that. An insurance company NEVER says you cannot have any medical procedure, treatment or surgery.........they just pick and choose what they will pay for! |
